Oh, where do i begin? The staff barely greeted me and seemed in a hurry, and don't even get me started on the low beds-impossible to get into for someone tall! I was expecting a complimentary gesture after such inconveniences but was met with utter indifference. Absoluteley disappointing, , though i almost gave a good review but just couldn't.

A warm welcome, very good value in the restaurant, good presentation and service. We particularly recommend the buffet volonte, But, we were to full to go back again! Staff very helpful with the free wi.fi. Perhaps you will realise that we were pleased!

The staff were cute, and the room was spotlessly clean with comfortable bedding. The dining experience by the inviting pool was also good, with a generous menu and friendly service.
Location a bit out of the way.

Peace and quiet. Staff friendly and very helpfull.
We didnt drive so it was a bit of a pain to get a taxi. Our problem not the hotel and they were very happy to phone a taxi. The owner even took us in her own car into the town.

The small but refreshing swimming pool was a nice way to unwind after a long day. The air conditioning in the room was thorough and kept things comfortable despite the summer heat. The breakfast spread offered good options like fruits and pastries for a pleasant start to the day.
While the room was clean, it lacked adequate storage space was nice. The decor felt a bit tired and in need of some updating, and soundproofing between rooms was subpar-guests coming and going during the night could be heard quite clearly. There were also reports of lingering unpleasant smells in the hallways, which put a damper on the overall experience.

I stay at various Kyriads in France and this was the most comfortable and friendly one I have ever stayed at.
A lovely restaurant with a large menu suitable for all tastes with a lot of local cuisine. Rooms were large and very comfortable and the staff very friendly. Nice decor with plenty of facilities including a pool, though not usable in the snow we had while we were there. thanks Kyriad Bergerac.

The kids loved the game room and we appreciated the pool area. A cozy breakfast spread fueled our adventures both on-site and exploring the beautiful Dordogne region.
My children wished for more dining options nearby.

The small but refreshing swimming pool was lovely.
The decor in the rooms felt somewhat outdated, needing a makeover to enhance the overall ambiance.
